Organizational Culture Profile

Estimated time: about 15 minutes.

You will be asked to complete the following, in order:

  1. A short set of demographic questions.
  2. Three statements about your perception of the organization's culture, plus two open responses.
  3. A Q-sort exercise describing the organization's current culture — you will arrange 54 cards into a forced distribution.
  4. A second Q-sort exercise describing the ideal culture, using the same 54 cards.

Your responses are confidential. Before any results are shared with the CEO, the data is filtered and identifiable demographic information is removed, so individual answers cannot be traced back to you. Results are used only in aggregate for analysis.
